We had a custom make order this week for a friend of ours in Saudi Arabia and thought I would share the photo's on here, the tan and navy look great together I think and it's nice to see people starting to create what they want with it colour wise.

Taking around 10-14 days you can choose the colours used to give you an individual Ardour Brand tri-fold wallet for £95 which we think is more than a great deal.

Hand cut and made from natural vegetable tanned leather it is then hand stitched with waxed linen thread, the lanyard is an optional extra.....

We've been busy here behind the scenes at Ardour brand with some great bits and pieces in the pipe line ready for release in the not so distant future, but we wanted to put together a small life style shoot incorporating some of our latest products in some of the locations that inspire us and what we do.

That may sound a little artsy, but the truth of the matter is we're influenced not only by our common love of various subcultures and their associated styles, but also the places we grew up, cut our teeth and skulked about as cheeky young scamps.

From the football terraces to dark and dingy basement clubs, from inner city back streets to country landscapes, everything that makes us who we are has gone into the thought process of our product range and this is something we'll always aspire to.

With these sentiments in mind, we set out on a chilly Friday night to capture a few images of some of our products around the streets of inner Birmingham where we once upon a time strode to places such as the Custard Factory, the delights of night time Digbeth and one of our favourite spots for hunting down records, the Diskery.

Essentially it is these elements, both visceral and sentimental, that make us both who we are and Ardour Brand a true reflection of what we're about - unabated passion for something we both love.

White Friday - Filson & Jack Purcell... by Shaun Dangerfield

White, if it's good enough for God (whichever God that may be "if" there is one) it's good enough for me.

First up is Seattle giant Filson in the form of their Cruiser shirt, tab collar, multi pocket front including pen slots, ace for writers, ace for hunters and ace for dancers.... like me.

No real newness below and has been on Sinister in many forms but the pure white leather Jack Purcell is next up.
Funny & true story but where I bought them from originally sent me two left feet.

Ardour Brand Snapshot, Tweed Time.

We have just had our first tweed delivered today ready for manufacturing into scarves.
Woven in Scotland and then made locally in England this will be the first of the tweed used this Autumn Winter time, for a healthy dose of classic British styling but with enough colour running through to keep it fresh.

Due to release in a couple of weeks.

Ardour Brand update.....

Excuse the short break from posting this past week, we have both been extremely busy but very happy to add some new products to our ever growing items list.

Having both been infatuated with classic American sportswear and traditional Ivy styling we couldn't wait to come up with our own take on a classic college sweater.
Taking inspiration from classic letterman and vintage sports sweats, we're pleased to introduce our college sweat as part of our on-going I V Bear line.

Made here in the UK, our mid weight loop back college sweater carries our AB sports insignia which is screen printed to the front of garment and is constructed from a gorgeous Plum Marl.

Along with this we have just released some new plain iPhone, card, money wallets in Oxblood, Green and Tan.

The tan theme is obviously going to be quite popular and has so far proven to be so we also have our simple wallet now available in complete Tan.

We have tried to put together a range of goods that look good but with a point to them also, our leather goods range meet at the cross roads for contemporary style, function and quality and after some fantastic interest in our wallets and iPhone wallets and card holders we decided to try and put our hand to a mens up to date tote bag, or in our words a leather utility tote bag.

This is the prototype that we are building with 2 flat pockets and one larger bellowed pocket which is intended for glasses or sunglasses, made out of premium vegetable tanned leather hand made with rolled stitched handles we think this is a great multi purpose bag while not losing out on craftsmanship and quality.

It will be released (at the moment) in a dark brown and also a tan finish, we will shoot the finished item as soon as we have it but this is the prototype so far in natural leather....

Very rarely do I get time to sit down and enjoy a cup of tea while the sun comes up, so I was feeling a bit spoilt this morning, top it off with last nights sunset and the whole thing set me up nicely for today.

I don't take enough time out for the simple things anymore so it seem's, something I intend to work on....

Ardour Brand Leather iPhone, Card and Money Wallets...

We have continued with our leather goods range and extended the wallet section but this time in the form of an iPhone sleeve.

This is our first collection with another range due in shortly.

Made from premium vegetable tanned leather, they are hand cut, dyed and stitched, topped off with our hot branded logo and available in a range of colours.

It houses the main iPhone compartment with a pocket stitched either side to firmly hold cards and money, it makes a great looking iPhone wallet but for when you need everything in one place and for nights out you can now have your phone, card and money all together.

Ardour Brand Indigo Line.... by Shaun & Saul

We are now just over two months in, due to not wanting to stretch ourselves too early we had the original intentions of keeping Ardour accessory based until after Christmas but that is now null and void as we couldn't help but get involved in the clothing side of things.

We are trying to not create a single look but to incorporate all the different styles we both enjoy and wear ourselves and it was only a matter of time before we dived head first into the world of natural dye.
It's something that has fascinated me long before Ardour and being able to achieve those intense colours is something we want to bring into a line under our label, using natural indigo pigment we have started on a line of clothing in tee's, sweatshirts, scarves and squares in various colours and washes.

We want to share what we do as we do it and these are the samples of the two tee's which we will be bringing out over the next few weeks.
One being a heavy overdyed deep indigo tee and the other being our light wash indigo tee.
The T-shirts are made in England and then hand dyed by us locally in England.

A much shortened step by step photo diary of where we are at, from the indigo up to the overdye tee, and lastly the light wash indigo tee drying and then pictured with our Ebbets cap hopefully showing the intense colours we are trying to create.
