Where Have All The Parkas Gone?

Being someone who has always been obsessively interested in where we come from in a more modern capacity, not in any ancestral way but to know where our attitudes and styles are perhaps influenced in some way, I find old images of this extraordinary thing coming to fruition a very cool thing.

Fashions and styles come and go, some are forgotten and some are being constantly revived in newer forms. However, fashion goes around they say? I'm not too sure about that, but one thing for sure is this, the confidence of youth and that ever needing passion to be well turned out, whether old or young, will never leave us. Personality stands the test of time..... Photographs say a thousand words.
