Ardour Brand Cord Microdot Long Scarves.... by Shaun & Saul

We are heavily weighed down at the minute with products in transit or in the making but we are very happy to have received our new scarves.

Made in England from imported Japanese cord.

We have only had long scarves made in these particular styles but as shown below they can fold and wrap into most lengths.

Available in plum, navy or ocean blue and they are online from this weekend (ArdourBrandScarves).

Gitman Vintage Horizontal Stripe Shirt.... by Shaun Dangerfield

Gitman Vintage archive shirt.

Horizontal blue stripe mid weight cotton shirt, with the added bonus of looking like an old age criminal (along with a modern day version twisted inside, it's all in the eyes...).

All the usual Gitman qualities as you would expect and the equivalent of wearing a stitched cloud... pure comfort.

Europe Through the Eyes of a Helpless Romantic - A Photographic Diary...By Saul Wilks

I have to admit, I have somewhat got into the habit of neglecting Sinister over time - I don't really have to explain in detail, life is a busy game these games and something always takes the bullet. Thankfully Shaun still takes time out to post and keep the fires burning, so all's not lost.

It's been some time since I posted anything of note, but after recently returning for a month long stint around Europe I felt compelled to share the photographs I took while I was there.

Travelling has always been something I've wanted to do and I've been found day dreaming about the adventures I could have across the globe if time and situation was kind to me. As it happens this summer has been one of the best I can remember and the opportunity finally arose for me to awaken this dormant bug that I know has been nestled in me all my life and I finally escaped and got away.

Taking in some of Europe's most beautiful cities and locations, for an old romantic like me it was sheer bliss - my pictures will probably ratify this more than my words can.

I travelled alone, which was a great experience and I met some amazing people and characters along the way, from all walks of life and from places as far and wide as Australia and Denmark.

I think it was the first time for years I felt content with myself, just being out there doing my thing. Amazing times indeed.

So here it is, a long overdue post and one of my favourite types from the years gone by, my photographic diary, through the eyes of a helpless romantic - old time readers will know this probably sums me up perfectly.

Enjoy.
